The NAVIGATION EXPLORER section refers to the left-area menu containing: Athletes, Open Files, Multi-File Analysis, and Settings.
The ATHLETE INFO section covers the three tabs across the top when you click on an athlete. Thses tabs are: Athlete Home, Calendar, and Chalkboard.
The WORKOUT VIEW section covers the four tabs across the top when you click on a specific workout. These tabs include: Journal, Graph, Quadrant Analysis, and Scatter Graph.
