Managing your Client List
The client list is found in the "People" section on the left side of the screen. When you log in, you will see your client list expanded, showing all of the clients.
SEARCH: to quickly find a client in your list, type the name in the search box.
FILTER: You can filter your client list by different settings such as Client Group, Category, and Athlete Type. To access these filters, click on the "Options" button.
CATEGORIES: You can organize your clients by category. To create a new category, click on the "Options" button and then the "Manage Categories" tab. When you are using this feature, you can then filter your list by a specific category.
SHARED ATHLETES: If you only want to look at your shared athletes, click on "Options" and then have every client group turned off except "Shared Clients".
ASSISTANT CLIENTS: If you want to only look at the clients that belong to your assistants, apply the Client Groups filter to only show "Assistant Clients"
COLUMNS: You can add/remove columns that show up in your client list. To do this, go to "Options" and then under "Filter" you will find the Columns section listed first. If you select "Color List" it will colorize your clients based on your clients, your assistant coach clients, and shared clients.
CLIENT ACCOUNT TYPE: The left-most column of your client list has a code showing the account type.
- P = Premium Level
- S = Self paid (Premium level paid for by the client)
- B = Basic level
- A = Assistant Coach
