Calendar Settings allows you to determine how many weeks you would like to display at a time as well as define what you want to show on your calendar. You also have the option of of different view formats ranging from one or two calendars along with the dashboard option.

The Workout Labels tab allows you to define what labels for your workout entries will display in the calendar. Simply drag labels from the Available column over to the Selected column and drop it in the order in which you want it to appear.

Meal Labels allow you to choose which label you want to appear in your Calendar. Please note that you may only choose one.
