To attach a file (i.e. Word document, a spreadsheet, picture, etc) to a workout, follow the below steps.  For information on how to upload a downloadable training device file, please click here.

  1. Click a workout in the Calendar, to see the Quick View
  2. In the Quick View, click the View all Details button
  3. In the Detailed View, open the file menu in the upper right hand corner of the workout and click Attachments
  4. In the Attachments popup window, click the Upload an Attachment button, then browse for and select the file you wish to attach. There is a 10mb file size limit for attachments

 To view an attached file on a workout, follow these steps:

  1. Click a wokrout in the Clanedar, to see the Quick View
  2. In the Quick View, a paperclip icon will appear in the upper right hand corner if there is an attachment available
  3. Click the paper clip icon, then click the attached file name to download the file to your computerPaper Clip Attachment Icon In TrainingPeaks

You can also access attached files on workouts, from the Detailed View:

  1. Click a workout in the Calendar, to see the Quick View
  2. In the Quick View, click the View all Details button
  3. In the Detailed View, open the file menu in the upper right hand corner of the workout and click Attachments
  4. In the Attachments popup window, you will see the files that are attached, and you can download them from thereTrainingPeaks file attachments on workouts
