Reviewing past workout and meal information over time can be done from the "Dashboard" page. The Dashboard has default charts and recording Pods which can be changed to reflect exactly what you want to track.  You can save different Pod Views, allowing you to load a pre-set combination of pods based on how you prefer to view your data. 

  • CLICK HERE to see a full list of Dashboard Pods available 
  • Feel free to add more pods by clicking the "View" button at the top of the Dashboard page, then drag the pods you want on to the Dashboard from the Pods menu on the left hand control Panel.
  • You can also delete visible pods by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner of any pod.
  • Editing of pods is also available by clicking on the pencil Edit button.

There is a library of Pods available for the Dashboard.  To add Pods, click "view" and then select "Change pod layout".  This will open the Dashboard pod library on the left.  Simply Drag-and-Drop from the Pod library to the Dashboard.
