Loading a training plan or meal plan in your account is very easy.  The screenshots below illustrate the steps to load a purchased plan onto your TrainingPeaks calendar.  You have the flexibility to load the plan on any date necessary in order to have the plan fit with your event or schedule.

After you have purchased the plan, you must "Apply" the plan to your calendar.  To apply it, login to your TrainingPeaks.com account (with the same username/password you used when purchasing the plan) and click on the "Plans, Pods & Store" section on the left-hand side, as shown below:

The "Apply" dialog appears and you can now select how you want to add the plan to your Calendar. You can either start the plan on a date or end the plan on a given date.  Some plans will only allow you to start/end the plan on a particular day, in accordance with how the author designed the plan for use.  If you purchased a plan for a specific event, you may have the option to force the plan to end on the event date.

After the plan is applied to your calendar, the plan will be listed in the "Applied Plans" group.

Click on the plan in the "Applied" group to access details about your applied plan, you can view the start date, end date and some summary information about the total planned hours and the planned time by sport/mode.

For questions regarding the plan content, contact the author as shown at the bottom of the detail window.

Note that you can re-apply your plan or Move the plan at anytime in the future. You can also delete the plan from your calendar.  Deleting the plan will not delete workouts that have any recorded time/distance.  The re-apply feature will be available as long as the author allows continued access to the plan itself. There are no guarantees on how long this will be. Re-applying a plan for another date is like getting a fresh copy of the plan again, most authors allow this for at least one year.

Enjoy using your new plan and best of luck in your training!
