How to Add a Workout
- Start on the Calendar page and then click the "+" then 'Add Workout' on any desired day. If the day already has a workout or meal added, click on the Plus in the upper left of the date to get the "Add Workout" option to pop-up.

Select the Workout Type and enter a Workout Title (optional), then you will be able to enter any additional workout details that are needed for this workout.

Once you have entered the workout details into the appropriate sections, click "Save". You can also upload device files on the Quick View.
