  1. Start on the Calendar page and then click the "Add Workout" on any desired day that is blank.  If the day already has a workout or meal added, click on the Date to get the "Add Workout" option to pop-up.

  2. Select the Workout Type and enter a Workout Title (optional)

  3. Once you click the "OK" button you will be in the Quick View.  Enter the workout details into the appropriate sections. When complete, either click the "Save and Close " button or the "View all Details" button.  You can also upload device files on the Quick View. If you want to create a Structured Workout, click the "Exercises & Intervals" tab.

  4. To add a route to your workout, click on the "Route" tab near the top.

  5. By clicking the "Edit" button, you have access to copy/cut/delete and save the workout to your training library.

  6. Workout details can also be entered from the Detailed View, if the "View all Details" link was clicked in the Quick View. Be sure to click the "Save" button afterwards.
