The Heartrate Distribution Pod is only available to Premium account subscribers.

The Heartrate Distribution Pod displays heart rate distribution in customizable bin sizes by:

• BPM
• % of LT
• % of Max

The Bin size can be set in 1 unit increments based on the granularity of the data you wish to see.

You can change the appearance of the graph by changing the Bin Size, calculated in Beats Per Minute, and then clicking on the Update Bins button. This will have the effect of making the bars wider or narrower, changing the smoothness of the graph.
