The Avg and Max Pod is standard for all Premium and Basic account subscribers.    

The Avg and Max pod can be added to the Journal page and allows you to record and view all of the average and maximum data for a particular workout including:

  • Avg and Max Heart rate
  • Avg and Max Power
  • Avg and Max Torque
  • Avg and Max Elevation
  • Avg and Max Cadence
  • Avg and Max Speed
  • Avg and Max Pace

With the view option you have the ability to display all or some of the data elements that you choose.

The data in this pod can either be manually entered, or data can automatically be synchronized into the appropriate boxes by uploading a device file.
