"Pods" are segmented compartments containing information, data, charts, and reports, which are used to organize your Dashboard and Detailed View of workouts and meals.

  • Pods behave the same throughout your account and can be managed using the same methods

  • Wherever Pods are used, you can add or remove individual Pods as you like, in order to customize the information you are looking at within your Dashboard or Detailed View

  • Most Pods allow you to customize their settings, so that you see exactly what you want to see when you want to see it
