The Dashboard is a page which can display both nutrition and activity reports, giving you a picture of fitness and nutrition for a specific period of time. You can add and delete pods as needed to customize just the data you want to view. For a list of all available pods, please see our page on Pods.
Pods can be added to the dashboard by dragging-and-dropping from the Pods area on the left over to the dashboard. To access the list of available Pods, click "View...change Pod layout" and that will open the list of Pods you can add to your Dashboard.

You can select the period of time you'd like to view by choosing a date range from the drop down menu, set a custom date range by selecting 'custom date', or view the dates currently showing on your calender by choosing 'same as calender'.
