Time in HR Zones Chart
The Time in HR Zones Chart is available to Premium account subscribers only.
The Time in HR Zones Chart can be added to the Dashboard and allows you to track the following key data elements in graphical form:
- Workout Types (swim, bike, run, etc...)
- Reported by Weeks or Days
- Displayed in HH:MM:SS
HR Zones reported are configured in My Settings>Zones

This screen shot shows how to choose to report Time in HR Zones by workout type by going to Options and selecting workout type(s)

Now your Time in HR Zones will reflect just the workout type you selected. In this example, just Run and Bike:
