Time in HR Zones Pod (by week) Chart
The Time in HR Zones (by week) Chart available to Premium account subscribers only.
The Time in HR Zones (by week) Chart can be added to the Dashboard and allows you to track the following key data elements in graphical form:
- Workout Types (swim, bike, run, etc...)
- Reported by Weeks
- Displayed in HH:MM:SS, Hours, Minutes
This screen shot shows how much time was spent in Zone 2 for type 'All' workouts for the given week of 8/9-8/15:

To report Time in HR Zones by week for specific workout types, click 'Options' and then select as many workout types as desired:

Now the Chart will report for only the workout types selected.
