Summary Chart
The Summary Chart is standard for all Premium and Basic account subscribers.
The Summary Chart allows you to record the following key data elements:
- Planned start Time
- Actual start time
- Planned duration
- Actual duration
- Planned distance
- Actual distance
- Calories burned
- Energy (kilocalories)
- Temperature
- Elevation gain
This information can either be manually entered or data can automatically be synchronized and populated by uploading a device file. Uploaded device files will auto populate the various data elements depending on the data channels recorded.
The Description section is used for showing the details of the specific workout.
The Pre-Activity Comments section is used for any specific notes or instructions on how to carry out the workout or where a professional might provide notes for the Athlete to follow.
The Post-Activity Comments section is used for the athlete to log their notes about how the session went, how they felt, etc... for review later by either themselves or the professional.

The Summary Chart now includes what used to be known as the stats chart:
Stats can be added to the Summary tab. This allows you to record and view all of the recorded data for a particular workout including:
- Min, Avg, and Max Heart rate
- Avg and Max Power
- Avg and Max Torque
- Min, Avg, and Max Elevation
- Avg and Max Cadence
- Avg and Max Speed
- Avg and Max Pace
- Engery
- Temperature
- TSS Score
- Intensity Factor
- Normalized Power
- Normalized Pace
