The easiest method to move a Workout or Meal on the Calendar is to simply Click and Drag the item to a different date. See below:

You can also Copy, Cut, or Delete a Workout or a Meal on the Calendar from the Quick View.

Below are instructions for each method of Copying, Cutting, Pasting, and Deleting of Workouts and Meals.

Copy/Cut and Paste a single Workout or Meal from one date to another:

  1. Click the Workout or Meal on the Calendar that you wish to Copy/Cut from
  2. In the Quick View, click edit and then copy or cut
  3. Click the Date header for the day you wish to Paste this item to
  4. Click "Paste Items" in the window that appears

Copy/Cut and Paste all Workouts and Meals from one date to another:

  1. Click the Date header for the day you wish to Copy/Cut from
  2. In the window that appears, click either "Copy Items" or "Cut Items"
  3. Click the Date header for the day you wish to Paste to
  4. Click "Paste Items" in the window that appears

Copy/Cut and Paste multiple Workouts or Meals from multiple days:

  1. Click the Date header for the first day of the series you wish to Copy/Cut from
  2. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click the last day of the series you wish to Copy/Cut from
  3. In the window that appears, click either "Copy Selected Items" or "Cut Selected Items"
  4. Click the Date header for the first day of the date range you wish to Paste to
  5. Click "Paste Items" in the window that appears

Copy/Cut and Paste all Workouts and Meals from one week to another:

  1. Click the week selection box to the left of the week you wish to Copy/Cut from
  2. In the window that appears, click either "Copy Week's Items" or "Cut Week's Items"
  3. Click the week selection box to the left of the week you wish to Paste to
  4. Click "Paste Items" in the window that appears

Copy/Cut and Paste all Workouts and Meals from multiple weeks:

  1. Click the week selection box to the left of the first week you wish to Copy/Cut from
  2. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click the week selection box to the left of the last week of the series you wish to Copy/Cut from
  3. In the window that appears, click either "Copy Selected Items" or "Cut Selected Items"
  4. Click the week selection box to the left of the first week you wish to Paste to
  5. Click "Paste Items" in the window that appears
