- Which Product Should I Buy?
Which TrainingPeaks product is right for you all depends on your situation, sport, and personal preferences. However, the following overview of the different products and how they interact may help clarify any confusion. The TrainingPeaks product line has grown over the years, and there is now a suite of products that can be used together, or individually, to achieve the goal of Planning, Monitoring, and Analyzing health, fitness, and peak performance (much like how Microsoft Office is comprised of multiple different programs).

- What is the Difference Between TrainingPeaks 3.0 Beta and the Classic Mode?
TrainingPeaks 3.0 Beta is the new version of the Classic Mode of TrainingPeaks. There is no difference in price between the two, and they are both designed to work in the same way: as an online training and nutrition log, planning and analysis software, and a communication interface between professional coaches, trainers and nutritionists and their clients.Although we are working to ensure that all of the features available in the Classic Mode of TrainingPeaks are also available in 3.0 Beta, we are still in transition between the two versions. Some of the features that customers familiar with the Classic Mode may be accustomed to using, such as the Annual Training Plan Wizard, are not yet available in TrainingPeaks 3.0 Beta. Similarly, some of the features available in 3.0 Beta have never been available in the Classic Mode, such as the Graph Pod, which mimics the more advance analysis functionality of our desktop WKO+ software. You can easily switch back and forth between the two versions simply by clicking on the links in your TrainingPeaks account. Both versions work with the same database, so any information recorded in one version will be available in the other. We are gradually transitioning over to the new version of TrainingPeaks, which will eventually replace the Classic Mode entirely, so it is a good idea to become familiar with how the new version works.
