Installing Device Agent
In order for your Device Agent v3 software to function properly, it is important that you install it correctly. Here you will find steps to guide you through the process:
1. Download the latest build of Device Agent v3 from the download page
2. If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser, it is critical that you choose SAVE before RUN as shown in the screen shot below

3. When downloading the install file, select where in your computer you'd like the file to save

4. This will start the process for downloading the install file

5. Once the download is complete, select Run to start the installation process. If using a different web browser, double click on the install file which will Run the install file and start the installation process.

6. You may encounter several Security Warnings. If so, continue the installation process by selecting 'Run' or 'Allow'

7. Next, the InstallShield Wizard for TrainingPeaks Device Agent will start. Follow the prompts through the Wizard by clicking 'Next'

8. You must next agree to the terms of the License Agreement

9. Select both 'Create shortcut' options and select 'Next'

10. If you are using the Timex Global Trainer device, select Timex Global Trainer Bodylink Watch with Virtual Comm Port Driver and select 'Next'

11. Begin installation by selecting 'Install' or 'Complete'

12. Allow the Device Agent to install, which may take a few moments. Then follow the prompts to finish

13. If you have enabled the Timex Global Trainer Driver (step #10), you will encounter a Windows Security warning; choose to 'Install this driver software anyway'

14. Finish installation by chosing 'Finish'. If you'd like Device Agent to open, select 'Launch...' and then 'Finish'

15. You will now have Device Agent installed in your computer and a short cut icon will appear on your desktop
