Please Note: Both the Mac and PC versions of Device Agent now work with either the free Basic Personal Edition or paid Premium Personal Edition of TrainingPeaks.com.

How to Download and Install:

  • To download the latest version of Device Agent for Mac or PC, please visit this page.
    • Click on either the PC or Mac download link and Save the file to your desktop.
    • Once it has saved, click on the Run button and follow the install prompts.

 

How to Configure:

  • Enter your TrainingPeaks Account Username and Password in the corresponding fields.
    • PLEASE NOTE: both the Username and the Password are CaSe SeNsItIvE.
  • Be sure you device is connected and installed properly on your computer.
  • Choose the correct device from the pulldown list. (Note: not all devices are compatible with Device Agent. For a list of compatible devices click here.)

How to Use: 

  • Click the Download button. The Training Device Download window will appear. Click the Start Download button. If you receive an error message then you will want to double check your Device and Port settings to ensure they are entered properly.
  • Select the file you wish to upload to your TrainingPeaks Account and click the Send Link to the right of the file.
  • If you wish to send ALL of your files to your TrainingPeaks Account, click the Upload ALL to Web button.
  • To clear the window of any downloaded files, click the the Discard Downloads button. (Note: this will NOT delete them from your device)

 Training Device Download

  • Once you are finished sending your files to your TrainingPeaks Account, log in to your account.
  • Open a workout that you have uploaded a file to and notice that there will be a file present to view in the Files Pod. Highlight the file and click the View Workout button.
