What is the Device Agent:
The Device Agent is a FREE desktop application that enables you to directly download your training device and instantly send the workout to your online account at TrainingPeaks.com. You can even be offline, download your data and then send it when you get an internet connection at a later time. You will need either a free Basic Personal Edition OR paid Premium Personal Edition to TrainingPeaks to send your data to your account.

For information on Timex Device Agent, please View the Race Trainer website. If you have a Timex Race Trainer watch, use the Timex Device Agent to download your Race Trainer and upload to your online account.

*If using an SRM PC VI with Mac Device Agent:

1. You must install new drivers, click here to download an app and install drivers
2. Download the Device Agent for Mac above and install it AFTER you install the drivers

*If using a Powertap with Mac Device Agent:

1. You will need to install one of these drivers first (scroll to the bottom of the page at the below link):

2. This is a conflicting driver with the MAC PowerAgent driver, so you will need to decide which software you want to use, as the two drivers overwrite each other when installed on the same machine.

System Requirements:
Windows Users: You will need Windows  2000, XP, or Vista(*We do not support 64-bit Windows versions at this time), and either a free Basic OR paid Premium Subscription to TrainingPeaks.com. Install the manufacturer's software first to ensure the proper drivers are installed on your computer before using Device Agent.

Mac Users: You will need an Intel or PowerPC Mac, OS 10.4.x (Tiger), an internet connection, and either a free Basic OR paid Premium subscription to TrainingPeaks.com.  Install the manufacturer's software first to ensure the proper drivers are installed on your computer before using Device Agent.

Upgrade Instructions for Windows:
Make sure to right-click the icon in your Windows task bar (lower right of desktop screen) and click on "Exit" before installing a newer version.
