Installing the Data Xchanger drivers

Troubleshooting steps for Windows 7: installing the Data Xchanger drivers for the PC version of Timex Device Agent for the Race Trainer

  • After installing the Race Trainer Timex Device Agent, plugin in the Data Xchanger ANT Stick
  • If the Windows plug and play manager appears, jump to Step 3
  • If not, proceed with the below steps:

Step 1: Click on the Windows Start Menu icon, and in the Search Program box type "Device Manager"

Step 2: In Device Manager right-click on "ANT USB Stick" and choose "Update Driver Software..."

Step 3: Click "Browse my computer for driver"

Step 4. Browse to "C:\Program Files\Timex Device Agent\ANT USB Drivers (signed)" and hit "Next"

Step 5. The driver should then install
