Download / upload options for using a Timex device with TrainingPeaks software:

Currently, Tacx data files are only compatible with TrainingPeaks software after being imported to WKO+.  To import Tacx files to WKO+, drag your Tacx file from your Cosmos, I-magic, or Fortius trainers into WKO+ using the Import Existing Data drag and drop method. WKO+ is expecting these files in one of the following formats:

.caf, .imf, .cof, .hrm

If you are using version 2.0 of the Tacx Training Software, than it will be necessary to export in the 

.hrm format.
