Import to WKO:

To import Tacx files to WKO+, drag your Tacx file from your Cosmos, I-magic, or Fortius trainers into WKO+ using the Import Existing Data drag and drop method. WKO+ is expecting these files in one of the following formats:

.caf, .imf, .cof, .hrm

If you are using version 2.0 of the Tacx Training Software, than it will be necessary to export in the

.hrm format.

Import to TrainingPeaks.com:

In order to get your Tacx files into TrainingPeaks, you will need to export the workout in the .hrm format. Once you have the .hrm file you can either drag it directly into Device Agent, or upload directly to the Quick View.
