How to Export Files from Suunto Software to Upload to a TrainingPeaks.com Online Account, or Import to WKO+

*Important Note: Due to changes in file format, we are not completely compatible with Suunto files. Please contact Suunto, support@suunto.com, for specific questions about Suunto products and compatibility.

1) Download your Suunto device to the Suunto Training Manager software.

2) Once downloaded, right click on the workout, then left click on "Export to file", then click on "Export to Suunot File"... as shown in this screenshot:

3) Once you have located the .sdf file that you just exported, you can either...

Upload that file to your TrainingPeaks.com online account as explained here
Or, you can drag-and-drop import it to WKO+, as explained here
