Powercontrol 7

Options for Using Powercontrol 7 with TrainingPeaks Software:

*The Powercontrol 7 is not compatible with versions of WKO+ prior to v3.0

Windows:

• Upload to TrainingPeaks.com:
  • Plug in your device and open Device Agent
  • Select your device and download/open files
  • Ensure the "Save To" location is the TrainingPeaks icon
  • Click "Save"
• Download to WKO+ v3.0:
  • Plug in your device and open Device Agent
  • Select your device and download/open files.
  • Ensure the "Save To" location is the WKO+ icon
  • Click "Save"
• Export from SRM Win (Should you download here first):
  • Download the file to SRM Win and export it.
  • Open Device Agent
  • Drag-and-Drop the desired file(s) into Device Agent
  • Ensure the "Save To" location is the WKO+ icon or TrainingPeaks.com icon
  • Click "Save"

Mac OS X (10.6 and later):

• Upload to TrainingPeaks.com:
  • Plug in your device and open Device Agent
  • Select your device and download/open files
  • Ensure the "Save To" location is the TrainingPeaks icon
  • Click "Save"

Tips and Troubleshooting:

• Ensure that SRM Win is installed on your computer before using Device Agent.  SRM Win contains the Windows drivers that help your SRM and Computer "talk".
• If you are downloading to a Mac, you will need to install the Mac SRM Drivers
• Change the recording rate is set to 1 second.  This can be done from SRMWin.
• If you are getting an error message having to do with your "baud rate" make sure that your SRM is awake and on the main screen.
• Your SRM needs to be fully charged when downloading, otherwise there is a voltage issue and it can throw an 'un-able to determine baud rate' error.
• Currently, there is a driver conflict between Device Agent and the Mac SRM Beta software.  Do not have both installed at the same.
