Export .srm files from SRM software for upload through TrainingPeaks.com online account, or import to WKO+
To upload your SRM data file to your TrainingPeaks.com online account, or to import the file to WKO+, you will need to have that file in a .srm format. The SRM software will download a .srm file from any SRM Powercontrol headunit.
Once you have downloaded your SRM to the SRM software, a .srm file will be created for that workout. You can then go find that file in the SRM folders in the My Computer section of Windows. The location is determined by what you have set in your SRM Software:

Please contact SRM for help if you can not find the location of your .srm files.
