To upload your Polar data file to your online account, or import it to WKO+, you will need to have that file in a .hrm format. The Polar Precision Performance software and the Polar ProTrainer 5 software will let you download an .hrm from a lot of their devices, but not all; click here for a complete list of compatible Polar devices.

Once you have downloaded your Polar Device to the Polar software, either Polar Precision Performance or Polar ProTrainer 5, a .hrm file will be created for that workout.  You can then go find that .hrm file in the Polar folders in the My Computer section of Windows.  Please contact Polar for help if you can not find the location of your .hrm files.

Once you have located the .hrm file, you can either...

1. Upload that file to your TrainingPeaks.com 3.0 online account
2. Upload that file to your TrianingPeaks.com online account in Classic Mode
3. or you can drag-and-drop import the .hrm file to WKO+, as explained here.

To see if your Polar devices is compatible with either the Polar Precision Performance software, or the Polar ProTrainer 5 software, go to http://www.polarusa.com/.

Please note that both of Polar's software products will generate two files for every workout it extracts, one is a .hrm file and the other is a .pdd file. Make sure to upload the .hrm file, not the .pdd file.
