Download / upload options for using a iBike device with TrainingPeaks software:

• Export files from iBike software for upload to TrainingPeaks.com, or import to WKO+
• This method exports a single workout from the iBike Software as a single file, which you can then drag-and-drop import to WKO+ or upload to your TrainingPeaks.com online account through the Quick View of a workout
• Currently laps/intervals are not reported when uploaded to TrainingPeaks through the Quick View, although they do report when drag-and drop import to WKO+. Use the Upload to TrainingPeaks' feature in WKO+v3 as a work around
