1. Export from Garmin Training Center:
• Download first to Garmin Training Center, then export a single .tcx file from there and either...
• Upload from the Files Pod in your TrainingPeaks.com 3.0 online account (Device Agent does not work with the Forerunner 310XT)
2. For Mac, follow the below steps.  Please note, the ANT Agent from Garmin needs to be set to delete each workout after every download, and each file should be synched and uploaded to TrainingPeaks after every workout.
• Download and install the new Mac ANT Agent from Gamin, http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4417
• Use the Mac Agent from Garmin to download your Forerunner 310XT files to your computer
• Once the download is complete, you can find the .tcx files at this file location on your Mac:
  /Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices/[DEVICENAME]/History
