1. WKO+:
• The Forerunner 301 is compatible with WKO+, via direct download.  Instructions on how to directly download can be found here.
2. TrainingPeaks.com:
• Export workout from Garmin Training Center as a single .tcx file, then Upload from the Journal.  Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
• Use Device Agent to upload files from your Forerunner 301 to your TrainingPeaks.com account.  Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
3. Export from Garmin Trianing Center:
• Should you prefer to download first to Garmin Training Center, you can always export a single .tcx file from there and import that to WKO+ or TrainingPeaks.com.

Tips and Troubleshooting: 

• We recommend using the 1 second recording rate in your Forerunner 301 if you plan on using it with WKO+.
