  • Saving a Workout in PowerAgent Correctly, in Order to Export:
    • First, make sure that you have the latest version of PowerAgent (the older versions have some bugs in them), which you can get at http://www.saris.com/t-powerAgentDownload.aspx.
    • Once the workout is downloaded to PowerAgent, but before you close the download window, make sure to merge into one file any and all "activities" that you expected to be one file that PowerAgent seperated in multiple files.
    • Next, save all activities in the download window of PowerAgent.

  • Exported Saved Workout from PowerAgent as a .csv File:
    • Once a workout has been saved to PowerAgent as a single file, you can now export it as a single .csv file.
    • To export activity data, select the user and the activity that you would like to export. Click on the ‘Export Activity Data’ icon. A window opens which allows you to name the file and choose a location to save it to.
    • Once you have completed the steps as explained above, you will have a .CSV file created and saved on your computer (we recommend saving it to an easy to remember location, like your desktop).

Once you have located the .csv file, you can either...

  • Upload that file to your TrainingPeaks.com online account in 3.0, as explained here
  • Upload that file to your TrianingPeaks.com online account in Classic Mode, as explained here
  • Or, you can drag-and-drop import it to WKO+, as explained here
    • Please Note:  When importing .csv Powertap files into WKO+, the date will always default to the Last Modified date of the file. This happens because Powertap's PowerAgent does not export the Date and Time stamp from the ride within the file.  A work around for this it to manually change the date within the WKO+ import utility window to the date in the filename (just click the date to change it), by just changing the date to the one in the title of the file, since the date is usually part of the actual file name (this is the default naming convention that PowerAgent uses). You will have to go down the list and repeat this for all of the files that you are importing. Once you have completed this task, you can click Save and those files will import into WKO+ on the appropriate dates.
