Coaches can send Private Messages to their clients and assistant coaches. When you send a Private Message, you have the option to send it to one client, multiple clients, or all clients. Your clients can also send you a Private Message.

To access the Private Messaging, click on the "Message" link in the upper right corner of your screen. If you have a new message waiting for you, a number will appear next to this link (the number of new messages), alerting you of the new messages.
To manually add a client to a message, start typing their name in the "To:" box. You can also click the "More Options" button to add all of your Premium, Basic, or Assistants at one time. If you want to remove someone from the list, just click on their name in the "To:" field and it will take them off the list.
The left-side panel allows you to see all the messages you have sent and you can filter that by person. You can also see all the messages you have received, again, by person.
If you want to receive an email every time you get a new Private Message, be sure to turn on this setting in your preferences. To do this, go to "My Settings", then click on the "Account" tab, and scroll down until you see the E-mail Options area. You clients can also turn this email feature on. If you want to turn the feature on for them, click on the client's name, then select "User Settings"..."Account"...."E-mail Options".
