You can view your payment history, update your credit card information, or cancel a recurring payment (UBC or Library subscription) in the personal information.
To access your payment information:
- Click on your name in the upper-right corner of your screen and select Account Settings
- Go to the "Account" tab
- Scroll down and you will see a "Payment History" area, this is where you update your credit card information as well as view your payment history
- If you want to cancel your Unlimited Basic Client feature or a Library subscription, you will see a link under the Active Recurring Payment area to cancel. There will also be a link there that allows you to update the credit card that is used for the subscriptions.
