Managing Your Libraries

TrainingPeaks allows Coaching Edition Account users to create multiple Libraries that can be managed and shared with others.  There are several ways to take advantage of the Library features.

Create a new Workout Library

Save workouts, meals, and foods to a Library

View and Edit workouts, meals, foods in a Library

Create Filter groups for a Workout Library

Share Workout Libraries to other TrainingPeaks users

Create a new Workout Library:

  1. Click on Library icon, then click on the Workouts icon
  2. Click on Options
  3. Choose Manage exercise libraries
  4. Click Create new library
  5. Name your Library and add workouts to the LIbrary as needed

Save workouts, meals, and foods to a Library:

  1. Click on a workout, meal, or food in the Calendar View
  2. Click Options
  3. Choose Save to Library
  4. Select a Library to save your workout, food, or meal to
* Please note: Planned TSS will NOT save to a Library. Planned TSS must be manually input each time a workout is applied to a calendar.

View and Edit workouts, foods, and meals in a Library:
  1. Click on the Library icon.  Then, select the Workouts icon, Meals icon, or Food icon, according to which item you would like to edit.
  2. Click on any item in the Library
  3. Choose Edit for Workouts and Meals, and choose View Details for Foods
  4. Don't forget to click save after making changes

Share Workout Libraries to other TrainingPeaks users:
  1. Click on the Library icon then click the Workouts icon
  2. Choose the Library that you would like to share from the drop down menu
  3. Click on Options and Choose Share Library
  4. Enter the email addresses of the TrianingPeaks useres you would like to Share the Library to
  5. Click OK to send the Shared Library Reqest
