Creating a Plan for Internal Use

Coach Edition Accounts can leverage the Plan features to create plans that can be used over and over again, for any number of clients. There are a couple ways to create a Training Plan.  All Plan creations start with setting up the Details for the Plan itself.  Begin creating a Plan by following the steps for Setting Up a Plan.  You can also choose to do one of the following:

Setting Up a Plan

  1. Click on the Training and Meal Plans icon on the left side of your Coach Account
  2. Follow the instructions, as indicated, to create your new Plan.
    *Note: To keep this plan for internal use, do not make it available in the store.
  3. Once you have set up the Plan details, cick Save and Close.  You will see an empty calendar where you can build out the workouts or meals for your Plan.
    *Note: Ignore the dates for this calendar, they are irrelevant for your Plan.

Creating a Plan from Scratch

  1. Follow the instructions for Setting Up a Plan
  2. Either click and drag workouts from one of your Libraries onto the Plan's Calendar, or add Meals/Workouts from scratch on the Calendar
  3. Once you are done adding all of the workouts/meals you would like, there is no need to click save because the plan auto-saves all modifications

Creating a Plan from an Existing Client's Calendar

  1. Follow the instructions for Setting Up a Plan
  2. Open your People Library, click on the client which you would like to get workouts from, click More, then choose Calendar 2.
  3. This will pull up your client's calendar next to your plan.  Copy the items you would like for your plan over from your over from your client's calendar.

Creating a Plan from an Existing Plan

This option allows you to efficiently create different versions of one plan.

  1. Click on the Training and Meal Plans icon on the left side of your Coach Account
  2. Choose the plan that you would like to copy for a new plan, choose More button and click Clone
  3. Follow the instructions, as indicated, to create your Plan
  4. Click Save and Close to begin making any changes you want for this new plan.

Applying a Plan

  1. Click on the plan name under the Training and Meal Plans section, then select Apply from the pop-up box.
  2. You will notice the People Library opens on the left.  You will also see a larger pop-up box for the plan.  Drag the client names from the People Library over to the plan's pop-up box.
  3. Once all of the clients you would like to apply the plan to are in the Plan box, you can apply the plan accordingly.
