Workout Quick View

The Workout Quick View is the window that pulls up when you add or look at a workout in the Calendar View. The Quick View is where you can add, remove, or modify a workout. There is also a Quick View for Meals, Foods, and Metrics. These act very similar to the Workout Quick View.

To create a workout, and pull up the Quick View, click the plus (+) sign on the Calendar. Then, select the item you want to add to the Calendar.

Modify or plan the workout, food, meal, or metric as needed. Notice that tabs at the top of the Quick View -- if you want to add additional tabs, click on the More dropdown menu.

You can also choose which Planned fields you see in a Workout. These preferences can be set for each sport type. To customize this, click on "Add/Remove Stats" in the Quick View or click on your name in the upper right hand corner, click on Account Settings and choose the Quick View tab on the left. Set your Planned Preferences here for each sport type.

The Planned fields can be turned off or on in the Quick View tab of the Account Settings. If you choose to leave Planned fields turned on, you can pick and choose which Stats you see in each workout.

Please note: Your Quick View Settings do NOT carry over into a client's Quick View Settings. The client must adjust their own Quick View Settings from within their Personal Edition Account.
