The TrainingPeaks Quick View can be accessed from your Calendar view on the main screen of your TrainingPeaks account. The Quick View is the first small window that appears when you click on a planned or completed workout, meal or metric from your Month view on your Calendar. The Quick View is also what appears if you click on a day and then choose a workout, meal, or metric from the Item Picker. The Quick View is able to be configured from My Settings, Calendar & Layout, Workout Quick View tab and there you can add and remove what you would like to have available for viewing or editing on your Quick View.
