How to View and Customize the Dashboard

Reviewing past workout and meal information over time can be done from the 'Dashboard' page. The Dashboard has default charts and reporting charts which can be changed to reflect exactly what you want to track.  You can save different Chart Views, allowing you to load a pre-set combination of charts based on how you prefer to view your data.  CLICK HERE to see a full list of Dashboard Charts available.

  • To view your Dashboard, click on the 'Dashboard' icon on the  TrainingPeaks account screen.
  • You can then click on the different date range options as well as choose a custom date range for selecting the time period that you want to report on.
