To Move or change the start/end date of a plan

Find the Plan Author Information

Loading a training plan or meal plan in your account is very easy.The screenshots below illustrate the steps to load a purchased plan onto your TrainingPeaks calendar.  You have the flexibility to load the plan on any date necessary in order to have the plan fit with your event or schedule.

After you have purchased the plan, it will populate in your Plans Library along the left of your account. It will have the Status: 'Purchased'. In order to view the plan on your calendar, you must 'Apply' it to a specific Start or End date.

Once you have 'Applied' the plan, it will have the Status: Applied. At this point, you can Reapply, Move, or Unapply the plan by using the 'Edit' drop down options.

To un-apply a plan:

1. Click on the 'Training and Meal Plans' (pencil and paper icon) on the left of your screen.

2. Click on the plan you want to un-apply (it will say applied under it)

3. Click Edit and then Un-apply

4. THe plan will be removed from your calendar.

To Move or change the start/end date of a plan:

1. Click on the 'Training and Meal Plans' icon (pencil and paper icon) on the left of your screen.
2. Click on the plan that you would like to move. This should say Applied under it.

3. Click Edit and choose 'Move'

4. Specify the new start or end date you wish to move your plan to.
