When you share a workout by marking it public and sending a link or share a link the file can be viewed one of 2 ways.

The flash public file viewer is the default method by which the file will get viewed.  It is very similar to the file viewer inside the TrainingPeaks.com application and has the same features.

If the shared link is viewed on a mobile device or a computer that doesn't have flash installed, it will automatically open in the HTML5 file viewer.  The HTML5 file viewer is very similar to the Flash file viewer in functionality.
