When you are searching for a food, clicking on the food name will bring up the Nutrition Facts including macronutrients and micronutrients. After you click on one food and the Nutrition Fact box has popped-up, you can move your mouse cursor over the other foods listed and the Nutrition Facts will change for each food. Click "Add to Favorites" to have the food added to your Favorites food library. Drag and drop the food onto the calendar or a meal you are building to add it.
There are 3 ways you can view the micronutrients in foods and meals in TrainingPeaks.com
- After bringing up foods in the left side navigation pane, you can click on a food to bring up the Nutrition Facts
- From Nutrition Facts, you can click on View Details of the food for additional information
- You can view the Micronutrients Pod on your Dashboard to see a summary of micronutrients consumed for all meals over a specificed time period.
