Metric How-tos

Metrics in your account are:
  • factors other than exercise and meals that effect your health and fitness
  • trackable, just like your workouts and meals
There are a variety of Available Metrics so to track what is most important to you by customizing your metrics in your account.
How to get started:

1. Go to My Settings and select Quick View and then the Metrics Quick View tab.
Here you'll be able to:
  • drag and drop metrics back and forth from "Available metrics" <--> "Metrics in use" (these are the metrics that will show in your Quick View"), or use the +/- ocpms
  • Sort the order of the 'Metrics in Use'

2.  From the Calendar View, click the + on any day either in the middle of the day upon which nothing is logged, or in the upper bar on a day that already has items logged to it and select metrics from the picker.

Your 'Selected Metrics' will be available for you to log against.
  • Sliders can be moved left and right to reach desired measure
  • Metrics whose 'Public' box is checked will be available for view by friends (that you share to)
  • Green metric slider to left indicates the time interval of current metric
  • Options opens 'Add/Manage your metrics' in 'My Settings'
  • Holding the mouse over the metric gives you the ability to add Notes
  • Notes can only be saved for metrics that have been recorded.
