This clip goes through using the Dashboard feature in a TrainingPeaks Athlete account. It explains how to set it up as well as special charts and things to note.
The Dashboard is a page which can display both nutrition, activity and metric reports, giving you a picture of fitness and nutrition for a specific period of time. You can add and delete charts as needed to customize just the data you want to view. For a list of all available pods, please see our page on Charts.
Charts can be added to the dashboard by dragging-and-dropping from the "Add more charts" dropdown at the right of the dashboard.

You can select the period of time you'd like to view by choosing a date range from the drop down menu, set a custom date range by selecting 'custom date', or view the dates currently showing on your calender by choosing 'same as calender'.
We've added a refresh icon to the dashboard view so that you can refresh the view after making changes. This button is in the upper right next to the add more charts drop-down menu as seen below.
