Performance Management Chart
The Performance Management Chart (PMC) Pod is available to Premium account subscribers only.
The Performance Management Chart (PMC) allows you to view your Acute Training Load (ACL), Chronic Training Load (CTL), Training Stress Balance (TSB) , Training Stress Score (TSS) and Intensity Factor (IF) side by side.
The Performance Management Chart can be displayed by:
- date range (last 28 days, last 90 days, last 180 days, last 365 days, last 2 years, this week, this month, this year, last week, last month, last 3 months, last year, this week last year, this week last years)
- workout type
CTL and ATL 'Constant' values can be set as well as CTL and ATL 'Start' values. Read more about CTL/ATL here.
Additional options include displaying:
- a second ATL series
If you are missing TSS data, the TSS Backfiller Tool is available by clicking the 'Click here to recalculate Score (TSS) data
