Heartrate by Zones Chart

The Heartrate by Zones Chart comes in a Premium and a Basic version depending on the type of subscription you have.

The Heartrate by Zones Chart displays the heart rate distribution based on the heart rate zones you have pre-defined in your account.

Distribution breakdown can be for:

  • minutes
  • hours
  • % of total time

Additionally you can set your distribution to show:

  • zone name
  • BPM
  • % of LT
  • % of Max

You can also manually edit the values for each zone for futher customization.

Basic Only Version Exclusions:

The ability to show the distribution breakdown by hours and % time ffor BPM, % of LT and % of max is not available in Basic Only mode. You will only be able to show minutes by zone name here.
