What Are Charts?
Charts are segmented compartments containing information, data, and reports in chart form. They are used to organize your Dashboard and Detailed view of workouts and meals.
This clip goes through using the Dashboard feature in a TrainingPeaks Athlete account. It explains how to set it up as well as special charts and things to note.
- Wherever charts are used, you can add or remove individual charts as you like, in order to customize the information you are looking at within your Dashboard or Detailed View
- Most charts allow you to customize their settings, so that you see exactly what you want to see when you want to see it
- Create custom chart layouts in your account settings to further customize your analysis
DASHBOARD CHARTS
Theses charts are available to you when you click the Dashboard icon along the left side of your account, and give you a view of your fitness, training and nutrition over a specific date/time range. Add and use these charts to customize your analysis. Please note, charts highlighted in green are Premium Only charts for advanced anaytics. For more information on individual charts, click the chart tiltle in the support content tree along the left side. *NOTE: These charts are available for athletes and coaches.

WORKOUT DETAILS: REPORT CHARTS
Theses charts are available to you when you click on a workout on your calendar, then click Reports which takes you to the Workout Details view. Use these charts to customize your analysis. Note, charts highlighted in green are Premium Only for advanced anaytics.
