Printing Workouts & Meals
You can print your workouts and meals as well as your Annual Training Plan (ATP) from within your TrainingPeaks.com account. There are multiple options for what to print that can be chosen once you have clicked on Print then Calendar, Detailed View, or ATP. Options for what and what not to print include:
- Time range
- Number of weeks
- Show/Hide Header
- Show/Hide Descriptions
- Show/Hide Exercise Intervals and Notes
- Show/Hide Meals
- Show/Hide HR and Power Zones
To Print from within your TrainingPeaks account:
- Log in to your account, make sure you are viewing your Calendar or ATP
- Click on the 'Print' button

- The default that will show in the preview web page is your calendar view with multiple options for what and what not to print

- Click on Detailed View to see your workouts and/or meals in a detailed list with multiple options for what and what not to print

- Click on ATP to see your Annual Training Plan with multiple options for what and what not to print

- Once you have selected and submitted what exactly you want to print, click on the 'Print' button
