How to Manage your Heart Rate Zones
The Zones settings page allows you to select the tab Heart Rate Zones to set your heart rate zones based on Threshold Heart Rate, Maximum Heart Rate, or Resting Heart Rate. Using several different calculation methods, you can set your heart rate zones according to your preferences.
To change your Heart Rate Zones calculation you can do so by setting your Threshold, Max, or Resting heart rate and then clicking on the "Show auto calculation methods" button and choosing a method and then sub option within that method. Methods based on lactate threshold, maximum heart rate, and max and resting heart rate are available
You can also manually override your HR Zone information after you have made the calculation
You can set different zones for different sports by clicking on the "Add Zone" button at the top lefthand corner of your Heart Rate Zones screen, and then selecting another sport from the list.
