Account Settings

The Account tab of your Account Settings displays and allows you to manage the following:

Basic Settings

  • Current account status
  • Account default units (English or Metric)
  • Account date format (MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY)
  • *Time Zone
    *If using the .ics feed for calendar sync, it is important that you make sure you have the correct Time Zone selected.  This setting needs to be consistent with your computer's local time zone as well as your 3rd party calendar program for Calendar Sync.

Calender Sync (.ics)

  • Copy and paste links to your preferred calendar (workouts only, meals only or workouts and meals) into a 3rd party calendar application such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Apple iCal.

E-Mail Options

* Set/edit the email address for your account from the Personal Info tab in Account Settings

* All users are required to Validate their email address in order to receive any auto-generated emails.  For instructions on this, please see Email Validation

  • Turn on or off your Daily Emails of upcoming planned workouts
    • Set your Delivery Time
  • Turn on or off occasional informational newsletter emails
  • Sign up to receive our Blog notifications by clicking on "Subscribe to our blog updates" link

Payments

  • Current account expiration date (if applicable)
  • Edit credit card on file for recurring payments
  • Cancel recurring payments
  • View your account payment history
    Billing
